Why Do People From Foreign Countries Find It Necessary To Capitalize Every Single Word In The Sentence? Oh yes, that is most definitely a scam. If you win a prize you didn’t sign up for, its a scam. If they email you, its a scam. If you live in a different country than the place you won it, its a scam. Think about contests in the US. How many of them say, must be a U.S. resident to qualify? All of them. Its the same in other countries.
